How to Order

Orders can be placed by telephone, fax or e-mail.

Payment

Our terms are full payment prior to shipment. Payment can be made by cheque, eftpos, direct credit or VISA/BANKCARD with NZ. Overseas payments can be made by telegraphic transfer or VISA/BANKCARD.

Delivery - Within NZ

We use NZ Couriers. Prices are dependent on weight, size and area within NZ. Customers may use their own couriers so long as they organise arrangements.

Delivery - International

Our preferred method for international courier is express door to door service using United Parcel Services (UPS). Prices are dependant on country and weight.
